Ottomar Anschütz
Ottomar Anschütz was an inventor, photographer, and pioneer of the world of the cinema. It had been born the May 16th 1846 with Leszno, in Poland, and died the May 30th 1907 with Berlin.
He in particular invented the Obturateur of thousandths of second. He also invented the électrotachyscope in 1887: a disc of twenty-four slides, controls manually, and illuminated by a Tube of Geissler.
