Otto Wille Kuusinen

Otto Wille (Wilhelm) Kuusinen (1881-1964). Finnish Communist. Founder of the PC in Finland, secretary of the Comintern. President of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Karelia-Finland (1940-1956). Then member of the Presidium of the Central committee of the Communist party of the Soviet Union.
