Otto Kuchel
Otto Kuchel is a Chercheur in Médecine Québécois born in 1924 with Spisska Stara Ves, in Czechoslovakia.
It has knowledge and community activities in seven languages (French, English, Czech, Slovak, German, Hungarian and Russian). Thanks to its international reputation, it was consulting at the time of the disease of the former Prime Minister for the the USSR Yuri Andropov. Its precise diagnosis and forecast were of great importance to the Sommet Reagan-Andropov, per hour of the apogee of the Cold war.
