The karstology is the branch of the Géologie studying the Karst.
The greatest research center on the karst in the world, the Institute of Karst, is in full heart of the plates of the Kras to Postojna, in Slovenia.
The karstology is often associated with the Spéléologie and the Hydrogéologie.
