The district includes the part is town of Ottawa, skirting the Rivière of Outaouais.
The districts bordering are Ottawa-Basket maker, Ottawa-South, Nepean-Carleton, Glengarry-Prescott-Russell, Gatineau, and Pontiac.
It has a population of 103.435 including 82.891 voters on a surface of 138 km ².

Provincial district
