Otoh Gunga

In the universe Star Wars , Otoh Gunga is an underwater city of the planet Naboo.

This watery city, secretly located at the bottom of the lake Paongah is the capital of the people gungan.

It consists of bubbles with hydrostatic fields of force which prevent water from entering and the air to leave. The gungans arriving at the stroke can however penetrate in the bubbles.

The materials used are kinds of plants that the gungans make push. The interior of the bubbles makes up of curved structures resembling alive things. It is here that the Gungan High council and the chief Boss Nass sit.

During the Battle of Naboo, the droïdes of the Fédération of the trade took possession of the city, thus forcing the inhabitants to take refuge in the forest around, close to a crowned sanctuary of the gungans.
