Othon de Freising
Bishop of Freising, born in 1109, died in 1158. He is author of the Gesta Frederici Imperatoris . He belongs to the Germanic dynasty of high ranking of the Babenberg. Large observer of its time, it at the origin of one of the sources is consulted for the history of the Moyen-âge. However, its writings contribute clearly to the glory of the Germanic Roman Emperor.
