Other Writings

The Other Writings form one of the three parts of the Hebraic Bible, with the Pentateuque and the books of the Prophètes. Their Hebrew name is Ketouvim. They gather books of very different nature:

Canonical order

This order of the books is that of the Judaïsme, included in the Protestantisme. The Catholicisme calls these Other Writings name of poetic Livres and sapientaux . It withdraws to them the following books, already included in the historical Livres corresponding to the Prophètes first of the books of the Prophètes of the Hebraic Bible:

withdraw also the following book, already included in the Prophetic Livres corresponding to the Prophètes second of the books of the Prophètes of the Hebraic Bible: and the deuterocanonic Livres adds following:
