Ostilio Ricci (* 1540; † 1603) is a mathematician and Italian architect.
He is professor with the Accademia del Disegno , school of arts and techniques founded in 1560 by the painter Giorgio Vasari.
As a family friend, he teaches the Géométrie with Galileo Galilei, of 1582 with 1583.
