Osso-bucco
The osso-bucco (in Milan: Os boil ) is a traditional dish Milanese, very scented, that one is generally used accompanied by Risotto for the Milanese woman. Marrow is cooked and been useful with its bone.
This dish can be accompanied by red, dry or soft wine. In Italy, the Will bore and the Bonarda is the most known wines of the area of Milan.
In Italian, osso-bucco means “perforated bone”.
