Oskar Morgenstern

Oskar Morgenstern (Görlitz 1902 - Princeton 1977), mathematician and American economist of Austrian origin, is professor at the university of Vienna of 1929 with 1938. He emigrates then with the the United States, sign with Princeton until in 1970, then at the university of New York until his death. He works with the application of the Mathématiques to the economy and he is, with John von Neumann, the founder of the Game theory.
