Oscar of the best short-measuring of fiction

The Oscar of best the Short-measuring of fiction ( Shorts Film Award for Live Action Film ) is a cinematographic reward American decreed annually by AMPAS. It is different from the Oscar of the best short-measuring of animation and of the Oscar of best documentary short-measuring because it relates to only films not using the techniques of animation (or in any case not in its entirety) and tackling a subject in a fictional way even if it can obviously take as a starting point actual facts.
