The Société of the Sea bathings of Monaco manages many credits of hotel trade and leisures (casinos) in the agglomeration Monegasque.

History

March 2004 - the restaurant “the Cupola” of the hotel Mirabeau (a star with the Red Guide) accommodates the Chief Didier Aniès. Graduate of the Hotel School of Toulouse, it began his career in 1984 in “Romantik Hotel Alte Post” in Wangen in Germany then in Austria in “Weinhaus Dorner” in Gotzis. After a short passage to Carcassonne in 1988 with the “Castle of Montredon” (a star with the Red Guide), he works the following year in Nice, “the Inn of the Beautiful Road” (two stars with the Red Guide). He occupies then the post of Assistant manager at the restaurant “Mélisande” with the Hotel Maeterlinck Palate in Nice during five years. In 1994, he officiates at the restaurant “the Ironwood” with the Royal Hotel Casino with Mandelieu. Since December 1998, it led “Cagnard” to Cagnes on Mer took down its star with the Red Guide. In May 2000, it obtained the supreme recognition, the title of Better Workman of France.

April 2004: Fine of the 1st phase of restoration of the Mirabeau Hotel carried out under the direction of Ivan Brico, architect Monegasque and Pecoraro Angel, interior designer in Monaco. They used the stone, wood, metal according to a “Italian classicism”. Large mural frescos inspired of the tables of Douanier Rousseau accommodate the customers. The establishment proposes meeting rooms, with flexible installations, equipped with last technologies of a capacity from 20 to 60 people.

May 2004 - the Hermitage inaugurates its heightening signed by the Cabinet of Architecture Joseph Iori, associated with Pierre-Yves Rochon, assisted by the Department Studies of the Company of the Sea bathings, responsible for the Architecture of Interior. The corridors take again cornices, mouldings, ogee mouldings and brackets out of bronze. The staircases always seem to have existed because the heightening was designed like a Clerc's Office. May 2004 - New concept of the Exclusive Continuations launched by the Company of the Sea bathings with the inauguration of 8 continuation-apartments really exceptional arranged on the last floor of the extension of the Hermitage opened since May 15th, 2004. A building site of great width whose cost (33 ME) is with the height of quality. Bond towards the exclusive continuations? of Spa Mirabeau: L `Hôtel Mirabeau accommodates know-how in a new cordial framework and close friend of the marine thermal baths of Monte Carlo.

October 7th, 2005: Inauguration of Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Arises After five years of work, this new tourist complex includes 4 hectares of the peninsula of Larvotto and includes/understands a three-star hotel of eleven stages vis-a-vis the sea, 334 rooms including 22 continuations, 4 restaurants and 3 bars, 11 meeting rooms, a versatile room and a room of banquet, Mediterranean and tropical gasoline gardens designed by the landscape gardener Jean Mus, sand an animated thoroughly lagoon - single in Europe, an interior swimming pool, a “Spa of the 5 Worlds”, a casino of machines with under, a Junior club and even a hélisurface.

Throughout the year, Monte Carlo shines of all its fires at the time of the representations of operas in the Garnier Room, of Ballets by the Company of the Ballets of Monte Carlo, in concerts by the Philharmonic orchestra and great cultural events " The Spring of Arts" , " The Biennial one of Sculpture" and " of Antiquaires" , Foundation Prince Pierre of Monaco… without forgetting all its international sporting events

The Company of the Sea bathings is guarantor, since more than one century, of a single art of living, an incomparable tradition of reception and a legendary know-how, recognized and appreciated of modern and demanding international customers.
