Orghana Qatun , fourth sovereign (Khatoun) Mongolian of the dynasty of the Djaghataïdes of Central Asia, it reigned of 1252 with 1261. It succeeded Yisu Mengü, wire of Djaghataï and its uncle by alliance.

Widow of Qara Hülegü, the second Khan of the dynasty (their son Mubarak Shah, converted with the Islam, was the transitory sixth khan in 1266), it remaria with Alghu, his/her cousin by alliance, which succeeded to him.
