The orgelet is an infection of the pilosebaceous Follicule of the Cil, kind of Furoncle of the lash, generally caused by the Staphylococcus aureus. It is much rarer than the close affection, the Chalazion. It is observed at any age but more often in the adult. The orgelet form a small ball centered on a lash which contains pus and can hurt.

One finds this Pathologie in the common language under the name of accomplice-Oriole. It can take the name of Hordéole (Hordeolum) in the specialized literature.
