Organizes armed with the people
The Police force Armed with the People , shortened PAP , is an organization Chinese Paramilitaire creates in April 1983 whose operation is the same one as that of the popular Armée with release, but whose command is ensured by a dual structure between the Ministère of public safety of the Popular republic of China and the central military Commission.
Missions
The PAP ensures of the missions of public safety, anti-terrorism or of customs control at the borders. It has units in charge of the guard with the national buildings, the forests, the gold mines, the hydroelectric stoppings. It also has a service of circulation and units of fire control.
The PAP can also act on external grounds in support for the popular Armée with release.
The PAP has approximately 14 divisions and adds up roughly 1,5 woman and man million including 800.000 dedicated to the internal security.
