Organizer of vacation center and leisures

A stimulating of vacation center or leisures (CVL) is an adult of at least 17 years person in charge of a group of children on the place of a summer camp. There exists a diploma of organizer, BAFA. It is obtained after 2 theoretical training courses separated by a practical training course. It must have a teaching step by initially privileging the training by the leisures. It is guaranteeing Hygiène of the child, good agreement of a group and must do everything so that the child spends good holidays. The organizer is also a bond between the children and the adults (director of the center inhabitants of the neighborhoods, people in charge of the service).

The number of organizers is fixed in the regular manner at least for 12 children for the children of more than 6 years, and an organizer for 8 children for the children from 3 to 6 years.
