Order of Cordelière
This figure appears in Brittany under the reign of the duke François I {{er}}, which had also initiated the Ordre of Hermine and the Ear. It decorates the Manuscrit S, the ecu S, the interiors of all the later dukes and duchesses.
This decoration also appears in the family of Savoy and Clèves, then of Orleans.
