Ord is an Super-unpleasant pertaining to the universe of Marvel Comics. It appears for the first time in Astonishing X-Men #1 (vol. 3) in May 2004. It was created by Joss Whedon and John Cassaday.

History

It is a alien which lives a world named Breakworld, where the inhabitants can see the future. In one of its visions, a X-Man is responsible for the destruction of their world.

The purpose of Ord is thus to kill X-Men and to kill all the mutants of the Earth. colonel Nick Fury learns in X-Men that it is in fact protected as can the being a diplomat.

He is however stopped by the X-Men.

• Ord has a force, and a superhuman endurance. It resisted a punch in full back carried by Colossus.

• Ord is equipped with a metal armor and a very solid sharp weapon.
