Oral breathing
The term of oral breathing translates the fact of inspiring and to expire by the Bouche.
An individual in good health breathes normally by the Nez when it rests or made light physical exercises, and breathes simultaneously by the nose and the mouth at the time of more vigorous exercises, in order to provide sufficient Oxygène at his organization.
An excessive oral breathing is problematic because the air is not filtered and is not heated as much as at the time of a nasal Respiration, (owing to the fact that it does not pass by the paranasaux sine and the nasal channel), moreover this breathing desiccates the mouth.
Oral breathing is often associated with a Congestion, an obstruction, or with other anomalies of the higher respiratory area. Oral breathing can have consequences on a social plan, this one being much less better accepted in our company that a normal breathing (nasal).
