Transitional period
St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre and Saint Martin's day, become Communities of overseas following the constitutional revision of the March 17th 2003, with the referendum of the December 7th 2003 and with the adoption of the organic law of the February 21st 2007, remain however common attached to the Guadeloupe, until the election of the territorial Parliament and with the complete change of statute.
