Opus spicatum
The opus spicatum - known as also “ear apparatus of corn” or “apparatus in fish-bone” - is carried out with bricks or stones punts posed tilted on the section and laid out alternatively out of ear.
This apparatus was used at the time Carolingian Roman and . It could be found in facing or be used as filling in a wall, or make it possible to carry out floor coverings out of brick.
