Optimal use
Category: Real estate In real estate, the optimal use is the most advantageous use or most advantageous of a ground, at a given date, by disregarding improvement present on the site. This use remains however subjected to the lawful constraints (Urbanisme) and of gone.
The concept of optimal use generally applies to the ground, because it must always be evaluated according to its optimal use, even if the improvements present do not enable him to reach potential full sound in the immediate future (e.g.: a ground zone for a building of 10 floors used at present by a decayed warehouse).
