Opiorphine
The opiorphine is a pentapeptidic chemical substance isolated in human saliva by French researchers from the Institut Pasteur. According to the first tests in the rat, it would be even more effective as much than the Morphine to fight against the physical or inflammatory acute pains. It would cause also much less side effects (mainly the absence of phenomenon of addiction), which lets in the long term consider the creation of new drugs Analgésique S.
The opiorphine acts by preventing certain enzymes from degrading the Enképhaline S, of the Neurotransmetteur S spinaux with function analgesics secreted by the neurons which are normally degraded a few seconds after their production. Its action is very close to that of the Sialorphine discovered in the rat consequently team in 2003.
