The operation Midnight Climax is an operation installation by Dr. George Hunter White under the pseudonym Morgan Hall for the CIA. The project consisted of a network of hotel used by prostitutes in San Francisco and New York. The goal was to study the effects of LSD on subjects not agreeing and these subjects were found via this network.
