Opera-theater of Saint-Etienne
The opera-theater of Saint-Etienne is located in the middle of the Botanical garden at Saint-Etienne.
It is a theater with Italian modern, which is the fourth room of opera of France by its frequentation. This room accommodates more: 100000 spectators per annum. The cultural season offers more than 300 spectacles which are declined in five major poles: The Lyric , the Classical music, the Dance, the theater of entertainment and a last module jazz-rock'n'roll-variety-humor. A policy of opening to the public young people makes it possible to make discover this ignored art which is the opera.
Various festivals are given touts along the year, of which Piano Passion and biennial international Massenet.
