The mission Open doors was founded in 1955 by Frère Andre - the smuggler of God.

Its vocation is to be with the service of the persecuted or discriminated Christians, so that they can persevere in their faith and announce the Gospel in spite of the adversity. Its assistance addresses himself to all the churches, without reference to confession.

France open doors is a recognized religious organization of general interest. It is probatory member of the Protestant federation of France, member of Alliance Evangélique Française and the Federation of the Missions Evangéliques Francophones.

The action of Open doors

1. To consolidate the Church, where she suffers from persecutions or restrictions, while meeting her requirements in bibles, materials, formation and practical assistance.

2. To prepare the Church of areas unstable or threatened to deal with persecutions being able to be imminent and to encourage it to persevere in the advertisement of the Gospel.

3. To inform and mobilize the Church of the free world so that it is interdependent of the persecuted Church, knowing that “if a member suffers, all the other members suffer with him” 1 Corinthians 12:26.
