The One Worldwide Plaza is a complex made up of two Gratte-ciel with New York, whose construction was completed in 1989. It is located between the Eighth avenue and the Ninth Avenue, and between the 49e and the 50e street, with the site of the 3rd Madison Square Garden. One Worldwide Plaza is a commercial office building, whereas the close buildings Two Worldwide Plaza and Three Worldwide Plaza are primarily with residential vocation.
