Comment
One follows, at the small week, the life of the three protagonists belonging to the social environments different and limed in their complexes stories of love. The film is worth especially by the study of the behavior of a man and a woman growing old, supposed, at the beginning, being rivals by dividing a young person Bohemia carefree man. The will to film their rather dull daily newspaper to which their difficulties of managing in a new way their delicate loves are added is interesting, because perhaps belonging to the field of lived. The play selected of Peter Finch and especially of Glenda Jackson, trying to control their agitations, is exemplary vis-a-vis the irony of fate. One will retain the epilog where Alex draws a thumb your nose with his destiny with the disillusioned grimace which it strips with its grackle, his/her more faithful companion, undoubtedly because he is locked up in his cage…
