Ondenc

The Ondenc is a white type of vine originating in the south-west of the France. Fertile and early, it tends sometimes to alternate. It is sensitive to the gray rot, like, to a lesser extent, with the Oïdium and the Mildiou.

The bunches and bays are of intermediate size. It makes it possible to work out wines fine and races, but not very aromatic. Its precocity makes it possible to use it for making of liqueur-like wines.

Given up from all, it was eliminated with the profit in particular from the Sauvignon. Only a vine grower of Gaillac believed in him. He is on the way to be safeguarded in this name, and produced on ten Hectare S.
