Olympic Mountains

The Olympic Mountains are an assembly line of the Péninsule Olympic located in the west of the State of Washington (). Its culminating point is the Mont Olympus (2 427 meters). Its slope Western, subjected to the maritime influences of the Pacific Ocean, is one of the most sprinkled places of the United States: the weather station Hoh Ranger in the Hoh Rain Forest records each year an average of 360 cm rain. Most of the mountain is protected by the National park from Olympic.
