Ollanta Humala

Ollanta Moisés Humala Tasso (Lima, June 27th 1963) is a Politician and Militaire (ordering in retirement) Peruvian. He is founding member and President of the Parti Nationalist Peruvian.

Family origins

Ollanta Humala-Tasso belongs to an andino-Italian family, of “left”. The majority of the seven children, four boys and three girls, made their studies with the Lycée Free-Peruvian of Lima. Their father, Dr. Isaac Humala, descends from an old line of Curaca S (lords) Aymara S of the areas of the Lac Titicaca mentioned by the former Spanish chroniclers, established thereafter in the area of Ayacucho. Their mother, Elena Tasso, belong to an emigrated branch of the famous family of Tasso of Italy (Torquato Tasso: Jerusalem delivered ). Isaac Humala, Doctor in Right, lawyer of fame, defending the poor, disadvantaged, gave to his/her children an education rigorous, ambitious, strongly intellectual and patriotic, marked by the thought Marxist-Leninist but also by the nostalgia and the pride of the old empire of the INCA S, the Tahuantinsuyu (“empire on the Four Sides”), whose memory remained very alive among the populations of the the Andes. The “bible” of the family was the “royal Comments on Peru of Incas” of the large writer-soldier INCA Garcilaso of Vega, wire of a noble Spanish captain and a princess of the imperial family INCA, Chimpu Ocllo, and whose currency was: “ Con plucked it there idiot the espada ” (With the sword and the feather). But the thought of Garcilaso of Vega which impregnated the Humala-Tasso family the most is undoubtedly this major word: “ O Cuzco, veined of extraños will madrastra there of keep silent hijos ” (O Cuzco, mother from abroad and mantle of your children) like by the currency of the INCA Empire: " ama sweated, ama quella, ama llulla " , meaning " not to fly, not paresser, not to lie ". Formation

  • Military career: old ordering army (in retirement).
  • Graduate in political sciences, just like its wife Nadine Heredia; they were students successively at the University of Paris-Pantheon-Sorbonne like at the University of Lima, capital of Peru. His wife Nadine Heredia is also graduate of the Sorbonne and Co-founder of the PNP.

Candidature for the presidential election of 2006

He is candidate with the presidency with the elections of 2006. Arrived at the head at the first turn, it takes part in the second turn where it is opposed to old the president Alan García Pérez. It is beaten, in spite of the support of the areas of the south and the center of the country, but the alliance which it leads holds the greatest number of seats to the Congress.

Program and Political action

Ollanta Humala is the principal opponent with the policy of the government of Alan Garcia.

He asserts a new socialism, the recognition of the Indiennes languages and history of the Great INCA Empire. He, at the time of his presidential campaign brought a freshness in the Peruvian policy and the pride without complexes for the Indians of their past, and the wish of a future righter " para todos" , " for all ".

Ollanta Humala considers that Alan Garcia, president current of Peru does not even apply a Apriste policy (name of its Party, APRA), but well of the fujimorism (totalitarian doctrines, néo-liberal-capitalist) of the former president-dictator of Peru, Alberto Fujimori. Justice clearly brought the evidence of corruption against Fujimori. Ollanta brings the proof of a Garcia-Fujimori coalition in a video, as well as the list of the facts in the official site of its party, the PNP (Left Nationalist Peruvian/Partido Nationalista Peruano).

July 11th, 2007, Ollanta Humala organizes one day national civic, makes a great speech in meeting and denounces the action of the government of Garcia after one year of social crisis.

In August 2007, Ollanta Humala is very active near the populations, discusses with the radio etc after the natural disaster which has occurred in Peru and denounces the incapacity of the government; miss organization, helps late etc

Ollanta Humala remains always very active, lucid, examining, expecting the problems which encounter or will meet its long-term country.

Its vision is attached to the love for its fatherland, for its history, the Empire INCA like its attachment near the most modest populations, disinherited, the poor workers.

Ollanta launches its countryside: " For the unit, the dignity of Pérou" ; towards one second Republic.

The 29 ocobre 2007, the PNP and Ollanta Humala celebrate VIIème birthday of the rebellion of the Indians against the corruption and the social injustice of the government of Fujimori, former president imprisoned today in Peru for crimes and corruption.

October 29th, 2000 marks the alarm clock of the Indian People and the pride to belong to the community of the ancètres Incas. This day without complex, the poor and the Indians decided to politically commit themselves in order to decolonizing the democracy, to found truly a democracy for all and all, to fight against corruption, for a social justice and the equal rights.

Historically in Péru, this action marks the beginning of the political alarm clock of contemporary of Incas.
