Olivier Rolin

Olivier Jean Rolin is a French writer.

Born on May 17th 1947 with Boulogne-Billancourt, it passes its childhood to the Senegal, then it studies with the Louis-the-Large Lycée and the National university. It is graduate in philosophy and letters. Member directing of the proletarian organization Maoist Left, he is the chief of military branches Nouvelle popular resistance, or NRP, which practices violent actions, attacks and removals. Then he becomes journalist with Libération and the Nouvel Observateur . He was the companion of the singer Jane Birkin.

Its work is inspired by May 68 and the proletarian Left, the romantic adventures in Arabia, Rimbaud and Conrad.

Member of the think tank the Circle of the Oratory which publishes the review Brave New World .
