Olivier Pepper of Arvor , born with Rheims in 1958, is a writer French.

Biography

He is titular of a DEA of philosophy and followed a theatrical formation then. Between 1982 and 1987, it occupies the functions to advise literary with the editions Albin Michel then with the editions Balland. He is also cofounder of the company of theater of the Lion, with which he took part in several spectacles.

After one last year with the the United States of America, it is named director of the French Arts center of Alexandria (Egypt), then directing of the French Institute of Prague.

Between 1994 to 1998 it is to advise cultural with the Embassy of France with London like director of the French Institute of the the United Kingdom.

He exerts since 1999 the functions of director of AFAA, operator cultural of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the ministry for the culture.

In November 2007, it takes part in the creation of the party social-liberal modern Gauche at the sides of Jean-Marie Bockel.

He is the author of various novels and tests, of which certain writings with his/her Patrick brother. Its most known works are Courriers of night , Coureurs of the seas , Pirates and Corsairs like the world according to Jules Verne .
