Olivier Jouanjan (born in 1961) is a lawyer French, law professor public with the Université Robert-Schuman of Strasbourg.

Doctor in right (thesis supported to Dijon in 1990 on: The principle of equality in front of the law and the jurisdictional control of the acts of the legislator and the administration in German right), named university lecturer to the University of Burgundy in 1991, it is received with the contest of aggregation of public law in 1992 and named Professor in Dijon before joining Strasbourg in 1994. He was member of the national jury of aggregation in public law in 1999-2000.

Its work concerns the legal thought and the constitutional law.
