Oleg Penkovsky
Oleg Penkovsky (1919 - Moscow, 1963) was a colonel of GRU Russian stopped and condemned to have transmitted to the West a multitude secrecies on the Russian weapons Nucléaire S and on its service of espionage. Its arrest gave place to a lawsuit with large spectacle.
At the time of the Crise of the missiles of Cuba, it gave to MI6 information that the the USSR had only 300 strategic missiles Nucléaire S. The the United States having a thousand of missiles, Kennedy held head with Khrouchtchev, because it was probably the last time when the balances numerical was potentially with the advantage of the United States.
Stopped in 1962 by the KGB, he is condemned and killed out of a ball in 1963.
