Old military hospital of Bitche
The military hospital is located in the Commune Frenchwoman of Bitche and the department of the the Moselle.
History
The building is built at the end of the 18th century and is of use until in 1939. Occupied of the end of the war until in 1967 by the town hall, it is used since this date as medico-social center.
It is a building of plan out of U, closed by a body of Portail, whose decoration remained on standby. Inside the Hôpital is a Bas-relief in pink sandstone representative Atlas and coming from the Langlois barracks. The building as well as the Bas-relief are registered with the topographic Inventory of the area Lorraine while the Cour, the Jardin, the Voûte, rise and the Toit RUE are registered with the inventory of the historic buildings since 1991.
