Official bulletin of the civil and commercial advertisements

In France, the official Bulletin of the civil and commercial advertisements ( BODACC ) publishes the mentions carried to the Trade register and the companies concerning the registration of a Natural person or a Moral person, principal or secondary, the inscriptions complementary or modifying, or the striking off the register of the trade and companies (RCS) of a natural person or morals. BODACC publishes also the opinions relating to the procedures of rectification and bankruptcy as well as the opinions of deposit of the accounts ( BODACC C) pursuant to the texts on the company and trade register.

History

The ancestor of BODACC was created in February 1907 under the title official Bulletin of the sales of funds and bankruptcies , which became thereafter the official Bulletin of and the register trade register of the trades (name that we already find in 1953). An outline of a page of this bulletin is available at this address. Name official Bulletin of the commercial advertisements (BODAC) was given in 1966 but between officially into force in 1968. The final name of BODACC is given between 1975 and 1980.

The advertisements of BODACC regularly contain identifier SIREN of the companies as from 1975; the identifier present before the SIREN is the number of the trade register.

BODACC is currently one of the rare publications whose Direction of the Official journals did not decline yet of free publication on its Internet site (contrary to the Official journal Associations, BALO and BOAMP ).

Publication

The diffusion and the publication of BODACC are under the responsibility of the Direction of the Official journals which is in charge with the edition and the diffusion of the legislative texts and lawful, of the parliamentary debates and the legal advertisements. The Direction of the Official journals (DJO) is one of the services of the Prime Minister.

BODACC comprises three editions:

BODACC a: sales and transfers, creations of establishments, procedures collective, procedures of personal re-establishment and opinions relating to the successions.

Publication Sunday, Tuesday (twinned with Monday), Thursday (twinned with Wednesday), Friday and Saturday.

BODACC b: various modifications and radiations of establishments.

Publication same days as BODACC A.

BODACC C: opinion of deposits of the accounts of companies.

irregular Publication 1 to 5 times per week.

The number of advertisements is in constant increase. In 2006, there was a little more than 2 million advertisements published in the BODACC , of which:

26,5% for has;
30,5% for B;
43% for C.

Publication of a judgment of opening to BODACC mark the start date of the time of declaration of the credits which is two months for the metropolis (two months complementary for Corsica, the overseas departments and the creditors located out of France).

BODACC diffuses the whole of the advertisements of the departments of metropolis, of the Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-and-Miquelon. The legal advertisements of the other overseas territories are not published with the BODACC but only in the newspapers of legal advertisements local or with the local bulletin.

Repeat broadcast

BODACC is redistributed in the shape of a file (format TLS) mono-line (no carriage return is inserted). This file consists of recordings comprising the length of this recording then its data. The length is coded on 4 bytes and the data make 1000octets maximum. The file starts with the date of publication prefixed by the characters “00”. The date is with format JJ-MOIS-AAAA (the month is in capital letter).

Then the succession comes from insertions BODACC in the form of marked out data. The beacons are numeric digital codes of fixed size of 2 digits preceded by a character of marking of hexadecimal value 1E (See the nonexhaustive list of the beacons below). Beacon 00 placed in the course of insertion marks part of text, i.e. does not correspond to objects of definite fields.

The text inserted between accodances corresponds to what is injected automatically during the production of insertion BODACC and thus reflects the structure of the advertisement.

the beacons all are not documented, this file TLS is used historically for the impression, it is not intended, unless carrying out a treatment, with being stored in a base of data. Contrary to the file of the official journal of Associations which is him in XML.
