Offense of initiate

The offense of initiate is a concept of criminal Law, but also of administrative law.

Description

It is about an offense creates in 1967 and codified with the monetary and financial code with the L.465-1 article. The offense of initiate is an unfair process which distorts confidence in the equality of the investors on the market.
