Oecobiidae
The whirling spiders (of the Oecobiidae ) are Araignée S Aranéomorphe S of very small size, with a almost circular Céphalothorax and a large anal tuber. These spiders are often met with the ceiling of the houses.
They weave fabrics in Chapiteau X. When an insect there empêtre, the spider whirls around him all while throwing silk there (what conferred on these spiders their vernacular name), which causes to immobilize the prey. The insect is then consumed on the spot, and its remainders remain fixed at the fabric. The nest is of spangled form.
