Oden

Loden cloth (おでん) is a Pot-au-feu Japan board. cakes of fish and Légume S enter its composition. The bubble, of type Dashi , is made starting from Konbu or of Katsuobushi .

Names

The dish of the oden is originating in the area of Kanto, with the result that in Japan, it is often called ragout of Kanto , i.e., with Nagoya, Kanto nor (関東煮) and, with Kansai, Kanto daki (関東炊き).
