Oddworld Inhabitants
Created in 1994 by Lorne Lanning and Sherry McKenna, Oddworld Inhabitants is a company intended for the creation of a quintology of video games. Located in California, at San Luis Obispo, Oddworld Inhabitants is currently at the origin of 4 plays (6 by counting the ports) fitting all in the saga Oddworld which enters 4,2 million sold units.
At the beginning produced by WP Interactive, they signed before the exit of the odyssey of Munch a franchise agreement with Microsoft, for its console the Xbox. They are currently published by Electronic Arts.
Lorne Lanning announces in March 2005 a radical change of orientation for Oddworld Inhabitants: the company will not create any more entirely in-house plays, it will be satisfied to invent universes, and, perhaps, to make films.
