R. Arthur Johnson , known under the name of Odd , is a American Rappeur member of the group D12.
Biography
Beginnings
It began its career with Détroit in the middle of the Nineties. Pointing out itself in " battles" and of the " opens mics" by its rebounded silhouette and its shifted humor, it very quickly binds friendship with Proof and Eminem. Together, they pose the bases of the group D12.
Success with Eminem and D12
In 1997, Odd fate the mini-album Attack Off The Weirdos which is worth a critical real success to him. He becomes also associated member of the collective of the New Jersey The Outsidaz and collaborates in a title of The Slim Shady EP , project which makes it possible Eminem to sign with Dr. DRE. Their artistic complicity is some reinforced since in share The Slim Shady LP , Bizarre took part in all the albums of Eminem, appearing even twice on The Marshall Mathers LP . The years 2000 to 2005 are mainly filled of appearances within D12. Odd finds nevertheless time to appear in solo at the sides of artists as various as Destiny's Child, Natasha Bedingfield or the rappeurs of Strait Hush and King Gordy.
The career solo
In 2005, Bizarre creates its label Red Head Records and produces its first album in license at Sanctuary Records. Hannicap Circus , reflection of the strange universe of its author counts various prestigious collaborations, such as the members of D12 (Eminem and The Kon Artis takes part for several reasons) or Big Boi of Outkast. Carried by individual the Rockstar , produced by Eminem, the album runs out with 100.000 specimens.Odd turns then to television. It becomes thus one of the main characters of Celebrity the FIT Club 3 , emission of TV-reality with success of the American cable. It since put its career between brackets following the death of its mentor and friendly Proof killed in April 2006 in a club of Strait. It should nevertheless make its return with D12, since the group prepares its 3rd album.
