• the evacuated Soviet government with Kuibyshev.
• the armies German and Rumanian seize Odessa.

• the Soviet government leaves Moscow.

• Attack with Nantes against a German officer. In reprisals, the Germans shoot 48 hostages two days later with Chateaubriant.

• October 21st:

• Attack with Bordeaux against a German officer. In reprisals, the Germans shoot 55 hostages later two days.

• October 27th:

• the Rumanian army massacres the Juifs Odessa.
