- This part is not only influenced by Pink Floyd, but it pays homage to the late group. In the middle of the song one can intend Mike Portnoy to murmur: " This is where we cam in? " phrases popularized in the first and last seconds of the album The Wall.
- I. Someone Like Him is the first part of the song of 0:00 to 8:45. It begin with an introduction to the keyboard pointing out to Shine One You Crazy Diamond from Pink Floyd. Rudess made there use of the Continuum of Audio Haken and of the Guitar Lap-steel. The words written by John Petrucci speak about his musical career.

- III. Full Circle is the third part of the song of 12:15 to 18:28. It begin with a solo from charged with electricity keyboard, then of very complex instrumental sections. It also includes/understands a vocal part which is consituée only of references to several influences of the group.
- IV. Intervals is the fourth part of the song of 18:28 to 19:55 which is a part spoken and sung by James LaBrie who summarizes each song of the album accompanied by a hardly audible extract by each. The title comes owing to the fact that Mike Portnoy gives the degree (the track) of each enumerated songs finishing by " octave".
