Obligatory posting

The posting obligatory - or legal - is a whole of legal texts which the employer is legally held to post on the work place.

In France, following information must be posted:

  1. coordinates of the Factory inspectorate, the Occupational medicine and the services of urgencies.

  2. the detail of the work hours and the weekly day of rest.
  3. the list of the members of CHSCT for the companies of more than 50 paid.
  4. relative texts:
  • with the professional equality under penalty of an infringment of 3rd class of 3500 euros.
  • prohibition to smoke in the common buildings while specifying, if necessary, the list of the places placed at the disposal for the smokers (Decree 92-478 of May 29th 1992), under penalty of a sanction of 1500 euros.
  • with harassing moral and sexual (Law 2002-73 of January 17th 2002 and modified by the law 2003-6 of January 3rd 2003) under penalty of a sanction of 1500 euros.
