Oblast de Pskov
The oblast of Pskov (in Russian: Пско́вскаяо́бласть) is a federal entity Russian (Oblast). It divides borders with the Estonia and the Latvia, both members of the European Union, just as with the Bielorussia. Its administrative center is located in the town of Pskov and its main city, Pskov put aside (202 000 inhabitants) is Velikiye Luki (104 000 inhabitants).
