Weapons

Sword

  • Sword of legend :

Appears in: has Link to the Past, Ocarina off Time, The Wind Waker, Twilight Princess
The sword of legend, also called Excalibur or Master Sword , is present in some episodes and each time marks a projection in the play (often the imminent arrival in a new world). When it is found, one generally made a little bit less than half of the play.

It is interesting to notice that in some of these plays, Excalibur (or Master Sword), is not the most powerful blade of the play.

Aérouage

Appears in: Twilight Princess

Stick Animated

The seeds can make it possible to beat certain enemies. They are especially used with a lance-seed (or catapult). In certain plays ( Oracle off Old and Oracle off Seasons ), there exist five types of seeds having each one a function différente :

  • the ember seed which makes it possible to burn arbustres and to light the torches,
  • the seed of wind which makes it possible to travel quickly towards another tree to seeds and to make fly away the monsters,
  • the seed of PEGASE which makes it possible to be able to go more quickly,
  • the seed of perfume which is used as currency of exchange on the island increasing and to attract certain monsters,
  • the seed of mystery which is used as currency of exchange and which makes it possible to awake the owls which give indices.

Masks

Appears in: Ocarina off Time, Majora' S Mask

In certain plays Link will obtain masks which when it carries it will influence the behavior of people.

  1. In ocarina off time there exists the fair with the masks. The principle is simple, one gives you a mask against some rubies and you must find somebody who want to repurchase it to you. You return with the money and the salesman gives you another mask and it set out again…
  2. In raised masks, all the history turns around the masks. Those Ci can transform link and change its capacities (to become goron and to be much stronger…). There exists many other masks to the strange capacities…
  • 4 masks which allow to change :

    • Goron Mask: allows to transform itself into Goron. it contains the heart of the hero Goron Darmani.

    • Mask of Power of the Fairies: allows to transform into a god avenger (functions only in front of one boss)

    • Mask of Pierre: allows to be invisible with the eyes of the enemies.
    • Mask of the Great Fairies: allows to attract with oneself the small fairies hidden in the temples.
    • Mask of the Fox: allows to speak with the Fox and to answer its questions.
    • Mask of Bremen: allows to make make a military march with any small animal.
    • Mask of Rabbit: allows to move twice more quickly.
    • Mask of Gift Gero: give the capacity to speak with frogs.
    • Mask of the Scents: allows to detect mushrooms.
    • Mask of Romani: gives access the Milk bar.
    • Mask of the Director of Circus: to prevent Gorman from being malicious.
    • Mask of Kafei: to inquire into the disappearance of Kafei.
    • Mask of in love one: allows to alleviate angers.
    • Mask of Truth: allows to speak with the animals and the Stones with pewter.
    • Mask of Kamaro: allows to carry out a complicated step of dance.

Triforce

According to the legend (exposed in Ocarina off Time ), the Triforce appeared when the three goddesses founders (DIN, Nayru and Farore) created the world which was only desolation before. It is the most important object in the series The Legend off Zelda since Ganondorf often makes use of it to acquire capacity. It is out of gold, and has the shape of three equilateral triangles while forming larger. It is the symbol of the country of Hyrule, hidden in the middle of the legendary saint kingdom.

The three gold triangle represent;

Ruby

The rubies are known also under the name of " rupee".

They are, since the creation of the series, the currency of the play. There exists several types  about it;:

  • the green rubies : they are worth 1 ruby,
  • the blue rubies : they are worth 5 rubies,
  • the yellow rubies : they are worth 10 rubies,
  • the red rubies : they are worth 20 rubies,
  • the purple rubies (or crimsons ): they are worth 50 rubies,
  • the silver plated rubies : they are worth 200 rubies in The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess,
  • the rubies oranges : they are worth 100 rubies in The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess,
  • the gilded rubies : they are worth off 200 rubies in Ocarina Time.
During adventures it is possible to increase the capacity of the bags containing the rubies.
