Synopsis

Several islands of space are near the Earth, each one of them launched by a land power.

Russia has two of them, the Youri Gagarine and the Valentina Terechkova .

Europe has the Von Braun with which Jacques Maurel is in charge of the security service. Certain countries not profiting from the energy resources sent by these cities claim their share. A revolt is born which tries to take the control of the cities. The islanders fight to take again control, but to avoid new revolts they propose with the Earth more equitably to provide energy. India and China launch their clean islands.
