O3spaces

O3Spaces is a recent software of groupware mainly distributed in Northern Europe.

Presentation

O3Spaces is the " brique" of Groupware and management of Workflow being integrated into OpenOffice.org.

It is multi-formats, multi-platforms. It integrates the tools of versionning automatic and of check-in check-out.

The software is an application Java, with a user interface using of technologies Ajax. It integrates an assistant of office establishing the link between O3Spaces and the continuations office automation (mainly OpenOffice.org but also StarOffice and Microsoft Office), and sending messages of alarm to each évênement.

It is integrated in OS Mandriva by defect, and is declined in Community version and company.

License

O3Spaces is a Logiciel owner sold under private license. Version 2.2 however introduced a Community version usable free to 10 users. A version " Open Source" is envisaged and could be available from here the end of 2007, thus coming to enrich the community by the Free software.

In 2007, O3Spaces is mainly distributed in the countries of the north of Europe.
